Simply fill out the request through this service. You will be able to create a repair request and track it’s progress, add comments, contact the vendor etc. Most of these requests will be processed the same day and attended to within 24-48 hours.

Bluepoint Management Group, Inc. does not handle rent collection. Rent collection is done through a 3rdparty vendor that handles all accounts receivables and payables. You will be given a login to set up your payment through a company called Appfolio
If you are locked out of your property you will need to contact a locksmith. This fee to be paid by the tenant. Bluepoint Management Group, Inc. is not responsible.
We have found that many of the clogged drains, toilets and non-functioning garbage disposal issues have been caused by the negligence of the tenant. Therefore in accordance to the lease, the tenant will be responsible for the repair of any said issue if it is shown to be the tenant’s fault.
COMMON CAUSES FOR CLOGGED DRAINS ARE FLUSHABLE WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, FEMININE PRODUCTS, TOYS, HAIR ETC. PLEASE CONTACT BLUEPOINT MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. FOR A PLUMBER. IF DETERMINED IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE TENANT IT WILL BE COVERED BY THE OWNER.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL ISSUES WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED FAULT OF
THE TENANT IF DETERMINED THAT THE CAUSE FOR THE FAULTY
GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS FROM ITEMS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN
DRAIN SUCH AS BOTTLE CAPS, BROKEN GLASS, FRUIT
PITS, OR OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED A BLOCKAGE..
