These fees are usually tax-deductible expenses on your income taxes. An important thing to note is that we never charge any additional fees on routine items, unlike most management companies.

7% of monthly rental amount thereafter

· Initial Evaluation – To determine strategic price point and evaluate repairs
· Preparation – Preparation of getting the property in rental ready condition at the lowest cost
· Advertise – Comprehensive advertising campaign
· Show – Leasing agents will field phone calls and show the property to potential renters
· Application and Screening – Verify income, job history, credit history and criminal background
· Leasing Agreement – Sign detailed lease agreement with renter
· Rent Collection and Allocation of Funds
· Property Maintenance – Handling maintenance requests
· Inspections – Semi Annual inspections to keep owners updated on condition of property.
· End of Year Tax Packet – Year end breakdown of income and expenses and owner 1099
